ESFJs love people, they love to take care of people, and they’re very loyal friends and family members, who often see their close friends and family as more important than their careers. They are probably the friendliest people of all types.
They have a strong image about how things should be and about what’s right or wrong. They usually live by those values and expect other people to do the same. They’re extremely thin skinned (sensitive), and they can become very illogical when you have seriously hurt their feelings. This can result in drastic actions from their side, like ending friendships or ending deals.
ESFJs are very realistic, organized, hardworking people who take life seriously. They like to talk and to give their opinion about everything that is happening around them. They like to talk about feelings and emotions and have no problem sharing these with other people.

Difference between:
ESFJ and ISFJ: ISFJs are quiet and don’t call a lot of attention to themselves. They are very private and don’t like to share things about their personal lives.
ESFJ and ENFJ: ENFJs often have new ideas; they are less realistic, are more interested in the future and are often skilled and interested in a lot of very different areas.
ESFJ and ESTJ: The ESTJ can be quite cold and doesn’t like to talk about emotions. The ESTJ is a physical supporter while the ESFJ is more of an emotional supporter.
ESFJ and ESFP: ESFP people aren’t really organized, and they don’t take life very seriously.
