希德 Dependent Tuition Waiver
Dependent children of full-time employees seeking a degree or certificate are eligible for a tuition waiver applied to Spring and Fall only. See “Employee Dependent Tuition Waiver Policy available under HR Forms for current employees.
杰克逊 State University Tuition Waiver
全职员工, employed for at least two (2) years as of August 1 of the year in which they will attend are eligible for six (6) semester hours of free tuition. Limited to 15 employees; therefore, a waiting list exists.
Delta State University Tuition Waiver
全职员工 are eligible to register for up to six (6) semester hours during the Fall and Spring semesters and three (3) semester hours during intersession and summer sessions. Application is available on HR Forms for Current Employees. The application must be returned to Teresa Yarbrough, tyarbrough@deltastate.edu.

全职员工 are eligible for one (1) free class each semester (Fall & 春天唯一的). Class must be approved by your supervisor and VP of Business Services. Must make a grade of “C” or better. The form can be found on HCC Intranet by going to Forms, HCC Business Services, and Course Waiver.

健康 Complex/Center Membership
Employees may join the wellness complex on 雷蒙德 or the wellness center on the 尤蒂卡 Campus for $15 per month. Spouses may also join for $10 per month. 17岁以下儿童不得入内.
健康考试福利
After completing your yearly medical exam using your State insurance, you can send a copy of your ticket and a “UNUM Claim Form” found on “HR Documents for Current Employees” to obtain a $75 wellness benefit for you and each eligible child. Fax the completed form to 1-800-447-2498 or call 1-800-635-5597. Your check will be mailed to your home address.
